About the information on this site
The content here describes the MorettaMask software and is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time. Screenshots and figures (for example, detection counts) are illustrative.
On “GDPR-ready”. MorettaMask is a tool that helps you meet your obligations under the GDPR — for example by keeping document processing on your own hardware and giving you control over what is redacted. It does not by itself make your organisation GDPR-compliant: that depends on how you deploy, configure and use it, and on your own policies and processes. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
How the software handles data
MorettaMask is designed to run on your own hardware. Documents you process stay on that host; the built-in detection model runs locally and we operate no cloud service that receives your documents. The application makes no outbound transmission of document content. For status purposes it may make an optional network-reachability check (a connection attempt to a well-known host) that sends no document data and can be disabled. These are design characteristics of the current version, not a guarantee about every deployment or future release.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse this site — no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or scrape it at scale. The demo/waitlist form is for genuine enquiries.
Intellectual property & trademarks
The MorettaMask name, logo, text and design on this site are owned by Moretta AB or used with permission. “MorettaMask” and “Moretta” are claimed as trademarks; neither is currently registered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Evaluation, licensing and use of the software itself are governed by a separate agreement, not by this notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, with disputes subject to the Swedish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
