Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website — chiefly the details you send us via the “book a demo / waitlist” form.

The MorettaMask software is separate. When you run MorettaMask, your documents are processed locally on your own hardware. We operate no cloud service for it and have no access to the documents you process. This notice covers only the marketing website and enquiries you send us.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Moretta AB (u.b.) — a Swedish limited company currently under formation. Its org. number and registered address will be added here once incorporation is complete. You can reach us at hello@moretta.se.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. All fonts and assets are served from our own site, so your visit is not shared with any third party. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required.

What we collect, and why

If you submit the contact form, your browser opens a pre-filled email to us containing the details you chose to provide:

Name and work email — so we can reply to you.
Organisation (optional) — to understand your context.
Your message and the option you selected (book a demo / waitlist / keep in touch).

Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)): we process this data to take steps at your request and to respond to your enquiry — your consent in sending it, and our legitimate interest in answering prospective customers.

How your enquiry is handled

The form does not send data to a server or database. It opens your own email client, and your message arrives in our email inbox, hosted by Strato, an EU-based provider. Only the founding team can read it. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we use no third-party marketing or CRM processor for these enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to follow up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you. If you or your organisation get back in touch again, that 12-month period restarts from the new contact. If you become a customer, retention is covered by a separate agreement; either way, you can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and receive a copy in portable form. To exercise any of these, email hello@moretta.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish data-protection authority, IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

Data outside the EU/EEA

Our mailbox is hosted by Strato, a Germany-based provider, so enquiry data stays within the EU/EEA and is not transferred outside it.
